Travel Costs:  $1.00 per km (if in-person assessment is required)

  • Face-to-Face: $1,353.28 + travel costs
  • Telehealth (Teams/Zoom): $1,353.28 (no travel costs)

Note: A final quote will be provided based on travel distance if applicable.
