Flame Lily delivers high-intensity support skills training designed for real-world disability support. Sessions focus on safe routines, risk awareness, documentation expectations, escalation steps and practical implementation so staff can deliver consistent care across shifts.
Training topics include high-intensity and complex support routines such as enteral feeding, catheter care, epilepsy and seizure support, diabetes support, wound care and more. Training can be tailored to your team, participants, risk profile and support environment.

We also provide workforce competency training for aged care and Home Care Package provider teams, supporting clients with complex clinical needs at home. Training focuses on practical routines, risk awareness, escalation guidance and consistent documentation—helping teams deliver safer care and reduce avoidable deterioration and hospital presentations.
