  • Do you provide continence assessments with a Continence Nurse Consultant (CNC)?

Yes. All comprehensive continence assessments are conducted by a Continence Nurse Consultant (CNC) and include recommendations and practical next steps to support dignity, comfort and confidence.

  • Do you provide continence support for children on the autism spectrum?

Yes. We assess children from age 3+, including children on the autism spectrum, and provide practical toileting strategies that consider sensory sensitivities, routines, anxiety and communication needs.

  • Do you offer Telehealth continence assessments?

  • What are Nursing Care Plans (NCP), and who are they for?

Nursing Care Plans (NCP) are structured, RN-written documents that guide safe support for complex needs. They provide step-by-step instructions, risk controls and escalation guidance so support teams can deliver consistent care—especially where supports fall within high-intensity or higher-risk routines.

  • What types of Nursing Care Plans (NCP) can you create?

Care plans may be developed for needs such as PEG/enteral feeding routines, catheter care, wound care, bowel care, epilepsy/seizure management, pressure care/skin integrity, mealtime/dysphagia guidance, and other complex support requirements (as clinically appropriate).

  • What are Nursing Support Services (RN oversight)?

Nursing Support Services provide RN oversight to support workers and provider teams—helping to implement care plans safely through coaching, supervision, post-hospital check-ins, and scheduled reviews (weekly/fortnightly/monthly, depending on needs and funding).

  • Do you provide High Intensity Nurse Support?

Yes. We support participants with complex and high-intensity needs through a combination of clinical oversight, risk-managed planning, and (where appropriate) hands-on nursing support, always tailored to what’s needed and what funding allows.

Yes. We provide practical training to build confidence and competency for complex care routines. Training can be delivered in person or face-to-face via Teams/Zoom (hybrid options are available for hands-on skills where appropriate).
